Lift heavy.
Live lighter.
A coached barbell gym for people with desk jobs, bad knees and big plans. Small classes, real programmes, and a coach who knows your numbers.
How busy is it right now?
Hate waiting for a rack? Check before you leave home. Based on Kathmandu time and our door-scan history.
Best quiet windows: 10:00–15:00 on weekdays and after 20:00. Saturday mornings are our busiest.
Four ways
to get strong.
Every class is capped, coached and written into a 12-week block, so each session builds on the last one.
01Strength
Squat, bench, deadlift and the Olympic lifts, from the empty bar up.
02Conditioning
Rowers, sleds and ropes. Build the engine to climb Chandragiri without stopping.
03Boxing
Footwork, pads and bag rounds. Technique first, sparring only when you ask.
04Mobility
Run by a physio. Lunchtime desk resets and slow evening stretch sessions.
On the floor

Sample stories written for this concept site.
“I came in unable to touch my toes. Pemba had me pulling 100 kg by Dashain and my back pain is just… gone.”
“The women’s hour got me through the door. The Engine classes kept me. I ran the Kathmandu 10K with my coach cheering at the finish.”
“Boxing three nights a week is the only thing that switches my brain off after the bank. Bikash is patient and very, very loud.”
Your first session is on us.
